About Us
UPPeal – Upskill and Update E-Mentoring through Innovative Tools to Prevent NEET and Disadvantaged Young People is an Erasmus+ KA2 project that runs from January 2024 to December 2025.
The UPPeal project brings together a strategic partnership to design, update, and enhance digital curriculum for e-mentoring, aimed at supporting disadvantaged young people and NEETs (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) across Europe. The project focuses on increasing the quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work in e-mentoring. Through the creation of a digital curriculum and an online tool box, youth workers and mentors will be upskilled to provide more effective support.
Objectives

- To increase the quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work in e-mentoring.
- To develop and enhance e-mentoring competencies, providing participants with digital skills and tools required for effective e-mentoring.
- To establish a training curriculum for youth-serving organizations, combining theoretical frameworks and digital tools in e-mentoring.
- To create a structured competency framework for youth workers and educators, equipping them with innovative solutions to implement e-mentoring programs for disadvantaged youth, particularly NEETs.
- To ensure the transposition of curricula into an online course, enriched by an Online Digital Database (ODD) of tools for e-mentoring.
- To support digital transformation and inclusion of marginalized young people by facilitating e-mentoring relationships through innovative solutions and digital tools.
